Bone Marrow
This melt-in-your-mouth U.S. Beef Bone Marrow is flavored with rosemary served with homemade sourdough to soak up all of that decadent goodness.


Oyster Artichoke Soup

Get a taste of New Orleans with this spicy, Cajun-style Oyster and Artichoke Soup. In true New Orleans fashion, the American Oysters are fried which offers an entirely different, yet still extremely delicious, flavor compared to raw oysters.


Beef Tartare

Using only the finest U.S. beef to create a clean yet rich flavor, this Beef Tartare is topped with prized Oscietra Caviar and American Oyster for extra indulgence. Served with Cornichon, Capers and Shallot, it’s an umami delight.


Blackened Tuna

Another Cajun favorite, fresh American Tuna is cooked in oil and butter until blackened, creating a meat-like texture. Served with Endive, Onion, and a gorgeous Red Wine Butter Sauce.


Boston Lobster

Tender, sweet and juicy Boston Lobster flavored with Cajun spice and served with Sweet Corn and Bell Pepper which cuts the spiciness of the dish beautifully.


Prime Bones in Sirloin 11oz 

This Sirloin Steak also makes use of 60 Days Dry-aged US Natural Angus Beef yet is distinctly leaner than the Ribeye cut, offering a satisfying chew throughout. 


Prime Bones in Ribeye 15oz

Using 60 Days Dry-aged US Natural Angus Beef, this generous portion of Ribeye steak is tender and full of flavor with a fantastic marbling of fat.
