Explore a vast array of International flavors in The Café, our all day dining buffet restaurant at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. Ranging from freshly shucked oysters and seasonal seafood to handcrafted Asian delicacies including Tandoori dishes from the Indian chef and local favorites like dim sums and Wonton noodles. Savor the finest grilled lamb chop, tomahawk steak or locally-farmed pork chops from the live carving station with a range of sumptuous meat offerings, à la carte service is also available upon request.
During The Café’s daily lunch and dinner buffet, diners will be able to go back for seconds, thirds and more of their Delicious USA dishes! With dishes like Smoked and Slow Roasted US Pork Ribs that just fall off the bone, full of flavor Cajun Sausage and Rice and a sweet American style dessert, it will be hard to just stop at one serving. All-you-can-eat buffets were made for dishes just like this!
