Kinship
Celebrating the lasting bonds of family and friendship in a city where most interactions are fleeting, KINSHIP is the brainchild of American and British Chefs Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes. Combining years of experience at the forefront of Hong Kong’s culinary scene, the two entrepreneurial chefs have joined forces to share their vision for soulful and rustic home-style cuisine with a new world edge. Kinship champions a ‘family-first’ mindset where everyone – from the farmers who supply our ingredients to the guests who walk through our door – is regarded as kin.
Kinship beautifully blends world cuisines to create comforting dishes that highlight high quality ingredients. Through three distinct courses, they’ll be showcasing the versatility of U.S. ingredients for Delicious USA 2021. The first dish is their take on the classic American Wedge Salad which uses U.S. iceberg lettuce that is then topped with U.S. cashews. Moving onto the main course, Kinship is changing up their Pork Loin recipe, switching from Okinawa pork to U.S. pork loin. There’s always room for dessert, especially when it comes to Kinship’s Strawberry Pavlova. The beloved Australian treat is given an American makeover with California Strawberries and topped with caramelized American pistachio basil.

GRILLED PORK LOIN
This juicy U.S. Pork Loin is roasted and full of slightly sweet and savory flavor. Served with seared cauliflower, chimichurri sauce, and pickled chilies to create a beautiful medley of flavors.
