U.S. Cherry Cocktail


30 ml concentrated U.S. tart cherry juice
for cocktail -120 ml dry U.S. white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay) 
for mocktail – sparkling water
Fresh U.S. cherries, mint leaf, for garnish
Ice cubes 
Butterfly pea


1.Start by chilling a wine glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
2.Remove the glass from the freezer or empty the ice water. Pour 30 ml of concentrated tart cherry juice into the glass.
3.Slowly pour 120 ml of dry white wine into the glass over the juice.
4.You can pour it over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
5.Drop a few fresh cherries into the glass. You can also use a toothpick to skewer the cherries and balance them on the rim.
6.Serve the cocktail immediately.
7.Stir gently before sipping to combine the flavors.
