• 參加資格: 年滿18歲或以上之香港居民。
• 本活動截止日期：2021年 10 月 26 號 晚上 11 時 59 分
• 參加者對結果和奬品不得異議。
• 參加者的照片及內容必須為原創。
• HKD500 禮券適用於位於香港的指定百貨公司超市，禮券受條款及細則約束。
• 答案上載時間以Instagram和Facebook顯示時間為準。
• 每位參加者只限得獎一次。
• Delicious USA 將發信息至得獎者帳號，得獎者須提供個人資料如電話號碼、電郵地址、郵寄地址等，以發送禮券。如因得獎者未有回覆或資料出錯令得獎者未能如期領取及使用禮券，Delicious USA概不負責，禮券將不獲補發，其他參加者不能補上。
• 所有獎品於頒發後如有遺失或損毀，恕不補發。
  得獎者須同意Delicious USA 收集有關個人資料，如電話號碼、電郵地址、郵寄地址等。
• 參加者於參加此活動之同時，即代表同意接受活動之條款及細則約束，如有違反，Delicious USA 有權取消參加者之參加或得獎資格，並對於任何破壞活動之行為保留追究權利。
• Delicious USA 有權取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動，另亦可自行更改此次活動之條款及細則而不需作另行通知，參加者須完全同意遵守。
• 所有答案均以Delicious USA Instagram和Facebook專頁所接收之記錄為準，及受制於Delicious USA 的最終決定。Delicious USA 對遲交、遺失、上載至錯誤網站、或Delicious USA 收到但基於任何原因不完整或難以識別的資料，
• Delicious USA 概不承擔責任。
• 參加者的照片及帖文不得有抄襲、侵權、不當、不雅、淫穢、敵意、誣蔑、誹謗、中傷、歧視等內容，如參加者發佈此等內容，參加者須負全責及彌償Delicious USA 所有因此等內容而蒙受的任何損失、訴訟費及支出。
• 如有任何爭議，Delicious USA 將保留最終決定權。

Terms and Conditions

• Organizer: Delicious USA
  Participation qualifications: Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
• The deadline for submission: October 26, 2021 at 11:59 pm.
• Participants shall raise no objections to the results and prizes.
• Each participant’s photos and captions must be the participant’s original answers.
• Coupons are applicable to the selected department stores’ supermarkets located in Hong Kong.
• Coupons are subject to terms and conditions.
• The answer upload time is subject to the time shown on Instagram and Facebook.
• Each participant can only be awarded once.
  Delicious USA will contact winners by messaging their social media accounts. The winners need to provide their contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. If the winners do not reply or have provided incorrect information, Delicious USA will not be responsible for winners not receiving the coupons or not being able to use the coupons within the effective date range, and the vouchers will not be transferred to other participants.
• All prizes will not be reissued if they are lost or damaged after the award.
• Participants agree that Delicious USA collects personal information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.
• By participating in the “3-Day USA Food Challenge”, participants agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the activity. If there is any violation, Delicious USA reserves the right to cancel the participant’s participation or winning qualifications, and reserves the right to hold accountable for any acts of sabotage.
• Delicious USA has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this event, and can also change the terms and conditions of this event without prior notice. Participants must fully agree to abide by all changes.
• All answers are based on the records received on the Instagram page and Facebook page of Delicious USA, and are subject to the final decision of Delicious USA. Delicious USA is not responsible for late submission, loss, upload to the wrong website, or incomplete or unrecognizable information received by Delicious USA for any reason.
• Participants’ photos and captions cannot contain plagiarized, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hostile, infringing, slanderous, defamatory, or discriminatory elements. In the event any participant posts contents with any of these elements, the participant must take full responsibility and indemnify Delicious USA for any losses, litigation fees and expenses incurred due to the posting of such contents.
• In case of any dispute, Delicious USA reserves the right to make the final decision.
