U.S. Alaska Halibut - La Salade Nicoise
Ingredients
Alaska Halibut 200g
Olive Oil 2tsp
U.S. Boiled Egg x1
Asparagus 30g
Fish vinaigrette 1tsp
Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Season the U.S. halibut with salt and pepper, fry in olive oil and brown on both sides
- Boil the asparagus, lay it on the bottom, cut the U.S. egg in half and pour the vinaigrette over the fish
