Alaska Halibut 200g

Olive Oil 2tsp

U.S. Boiled Egg x1

Asparagus 30g

Fish vinaigrette 1tsp

Salt and Pepper


  1. Season the U.S. halibut with salt and pepper, fry in olive oil and brown on both sides
  2. Boil the asparagus, lay it on the bottom, cut the U.S. egg in half and pour the vinaigrette over the fish
