Alaska Sablefish - With Asparagus Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Alaska Sablefish 150g

Asparagus 5pieces

Unsalted Butter 10g

Onion 1/4

Minced Red Onion 1tsp

Light Cream 50ml

Red Berry x1

Olive Oil 2tsp

Salt and Pepper

Directions: 
  1. Heat 10g unsalted cream in a heavy-bottomed pan, add the shredded onion and chopped red onion, sauté and soften, add 50ml water and 50ml light cream, cook for 5 minutes to taste.
  2. Sauté the black cod in olive oil, thinly slice and roll one asparagus and fry the others together. 
  3. Serve with the sauce.
