Alaska Salmon - Dipped with Seafood Sauce

Cold Noodles 80g
Boiled Pea 35g
Chicken Broth 1tsp
Seafood Sauce 4tsp
Soy Sauce 2tsp
Sesame Oil 1tsp
Stock 2tsp
Chopped Red Onion

  1. Stir together the chicken sauce, seafood sauce, fresh soy sauce, sesame oil and broth, heat in a pan to create aromas and set aside.
  2. Cut the salmon and cold noodles into small pieces and place them in a small glass jar with the cooked peas, drizzle with the sauce and leave to infuse.
