Alaska Snow Crab - Singapore style Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Alaska Snow Crab Leg 400g

Chili Sauce 30g

Tomato Pastry 15g

Oil 30ml

Flour 45g

Minced Onion 40g

Minced Ginger, Garlic,

Cilantro, and White Sugar

5g each

Dried Chili x2

Chicken Broth 250ml

Directions: 

1. Crack the snow crab legs, cut them into small pieces, stick them in a thin layer, fry them in a frying pan until golden brown and remove them from the pan. 

2. Heat the oil, add the chopped garlic and small onion, sauté and add the dried chilies and sugar, then add the freshly chopped ginger, tomato paste and chili sauce and mix well. 

3. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to the boil, add the fried crab legs, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, reduce the sauce and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
