Baked Scallops
Ingredients
- 3 U.S. sea scallops
- 2 cups U.S. flour
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp diced shallot
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 U.S. lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp U.S. white wine
- 1 tbsp U.S. Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp +1 tsp Seafood seasoning
- 1 sliced U.S. lettuce, romaine
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 204°C. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then coat the scallops by U.S. flour and olive oil.
2. In a baking plate, place the melted butter on the scallops and set aside.
3. Add the Parmesan cheese, diced shallots, and minced garlic to the baking plate.
4. Bake for around 9 minutes, take the plate out, and sprinkle white wine and lemon juice.
5. Put the plate back into the oven for 2-3 minutes and place the parsley on top.
