Baked Scallops

Ingredients

  • 3 U.S. sea scallops
  • 2 cups U.S. flour
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp diced shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 U.S. lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp U.S. white wine
  • 1 tbsp U.S. Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp +1 tsp Seafood seasoning
  • 1 sliced U.S. lettuce, romaine

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 204°C. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then coat the scallops by U.S. flour and olive oil.

2. In a baking plate, place the melted butter on the scallops and set aside.

3. Add the Parmesan cheese, diced shallots, and minced garlic to the baking plate.

4. Bake for around 9 minutes, take the plate out, and sprinkle white wine and lemon juice.

5. Put the plate back into the oven for 2-3 minutes and place the parsley on top.
