Marinade:

Rice wine

Directions:

  1. Remove bones and skin from the drumsticks, cut into pieces, marinate with seasoning A.
  2. Cut pineapple and green bell pepper into small pieces. Blanch the bell peppers.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken meat with sweet potato powder and set aside. Then deep fry the chicken meat in a hot pan with medium to high heat until it turns golden-brown and take out.
  4. In a separate oil pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the minced garlic, add seasoning B, chicken meat, green pepper, pineapple and stir fry for a while. Ready to serve.
