Seasoning A:
Rice Wine

Soy Sauce

Corn Starch

Seasoning B:
Sugar

White Vinegar
3 tbsp
Tomato Sauce
3 tbsp
Water
3 tbsp
Corn Starch
1 tbsp
Marinade:
Rice wine
2 tbsp
Say Sauce
2 tbsp
Pepper
1/2 tbsp
Cornstarch
1 tbsp

Directions:
- Remove bones and skin from the drumsticks, cut into pieces, marinate with seasoning A.
- Cut pineapple and green bell pepper into small pieces. Blanch the bell peppers.
- Coat the marinated chicken meat with sweet potato powder and set aside. Then deep fry the chicken meat in a hot pan with medium to high heat until it turns golden-brown and take out.
- In a separate oil pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the minced garlic, add seasoning B, chicken meat, green pepper, pineapple and stir fry for a while. Ready to serve.
