U.S. No Bake Marshmallow Cheesecake

Featured Cheese Type: U.S. Cream Cheese

Cake Base:
Digestive Biscuits (crushed) 90 g
Butter (melted) 40 g
15 cm Cake Ring
Mix batter and press into cake ring as the base. Chill in refrigerator.

Cake:
Whipping Cream 90 g, whip till stiff peaks, Chill in refrigerator 
Butter 5 g
U.S. Cream Cheese 180 g
Vanilla Essence 5 g
Mix cream cheese, whipped cream, butter, vanilla essence till smooth.

Decorate top:
Marshmallows 160g
Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours and ready to serve.
