ZESTY BEEF TACO 2.0
Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 20g Olive oil
- 500g Lean ground beef
- 6g Chili powder / Paprika
- 6g Cumin
- 3g Oregano
- 2g Cayenne pepper (omit for not spicy)
- 3g Garlic powder
- 4g Salt
- 4g Black pepper
- 35g Tomato paste
- 125g Water
To serve with:
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 50g Sour cream
- 100g Guacamole
- 60g “Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese”
- 50g Tomatoes (chopped)
- 50g Onion (chopped)
- 30g Lettuce (Finely chopped)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any fat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper, tomato paste and water.
- Combine and cook over medium-low heat until the sauce is thickened.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, optionally add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion, and sour cream and guacamole.
