Showcasing the diversity of American products through classic favorites and exciting new creations, the third annual Delicious USA festival promises to be bigger and better than ever! With so many fantastic restaurants participating in Delicious USA 2021, it can be hard to pick which one to visit first. OpenRice has just made things a whole lot more enticing with an exclusive promotion for Delicious USA 2021 diners who use the OpenRice Pay service. 18 participating Delicious USA restaurants have signed up to OpenRice Pay and are offering diners an exclusive discount!
Introducing OpenRice Pay
Foodies in Hong Kong need no introduction to OpenRice, Asia’s leading online dining guide. OpenRice is extremely popular amongst Hong Kongers who enjoy reviewing restaurants, discovering new eateries, and finding special offers and discounts. Aside from all these awesome features, OpenRice now also has a Pay Service which allows diners to pay for their meals using their OpenRice app.
OpenRice Pay is a simple and effective touchless payment method that just requires your phone! No need to deal with cash, cards or any of the constant sanitization required after using these. Currently, 18 Delicious USA participating restaurants are accepting OpenRice Pay Service, and they’ll be giving diners HK$50 off from 1 July to 31 July!
All you need to do to use OpenRice Pay is:
- Download the OpenRice App (skip this and the next step if you, like most dedicated foodies, already have the app) from Google Play or Apple
- Create an account.
- Bind your credit card details onto your account.
It’s as simple as that! You will then be able to book tables through the app and to pay at registered restaurants through the app. Currently OpenRice Pay Service accepts Visa, MasterCard and AliPay with more to come soon. Just scan the restaurant QR code to begin your payment!

From 1 July – 31 July, all you need to do is book selected Delicious USA 2021 restaurants and pay using OpenRice pay service to receive HK$50 off each transaction over HK$220!
This offer is limited to the first 1,000 diners so better get to it! Once your OpenRice Pay account has been set up, here’s how to redeem your Delicious USA 2021 voucher:
- Click “Pay” icon at the bottom of the OpenRice homepage.
- Scan the QR code provided by the restaurant.
- Enter the promo code: USA2021 and click “Apply”.
- HK$50 will be deducted from your bill instantly (limited to the first 1,000 diners).
- Click “Pay” and choose your card to proceed with payment.
