Grand Hyatt Steak House

Grand Hyatt Steakhouse restaurant features prime cuts of beef from the US, UK, and Australia. The restaurant is accessible from the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong hotel driveway. The Wine Room offers elegant and intimate booth dining for guests to enjoy up to 160 labels of superlative international wines and over 600 bottles from around the world.

Head Chef, Marc Benkoe has sourced beef from the US, UK, and Australia. The steaks will be cooked perfectly to the guests’ liking in a custom-built broiler heated to over 900ºC searing the outside of the steak and giving it the ultimate flavor. Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is accessible from the hotel driveway. The main dining room enjoys the view of the hotel lobby. The Wine Room offers elegant and intimate booth dining for guests to enjoy up to 160 labels of superlative international wines and over 600 bottles from around the world. A semi-private dining room accommodating up to eight people and a private room for 12 guests are available.

The Grand Hyatt Steakhouse has scoured the world to find the finest ingredients to grace their menu. This summer, they’re celebrating their favorite produce from the U.S. with remarkable Boston Lobster, USDA Prime Tenderloin and US Cornish Game Hen. While USDA Prime Beef has always been a highlight of the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse’s menu, the Lobster and Game Hen are new additions exclusive to Delicious USA 2021.
