POEM by LE COMPTOIR, is the only Michelin recommended Bali – inspired restaurant in Hong Kong. Poem brings to life the unique food culture inspired by the ‘Island of Gods.’ As a tribute to Bali’s organic movement, the sustainable menu showcases classic flavors found across the island-nation using the freshest, seasonal components and ethically sourced meats. Celebrating the convivial family-style dining culture rooted in tradition, all dishes were meant to be shared and passed around the dining table.

In keeping with POEM’s dedication to sustainability, Delicious USA, along with many American farms and producers, recognize the incredible importance of using food to create a greener future. POEM has selected American Wagyu as their highlighted product of choice during Delicious USA 2021. American Wagyu cattle are humanely raised and grass-fed to create a product of exceptional quality.
