As a restaurant that celebrates American cuisine, Smoke & Barrel will be doing what they do best for Delicious USA 2021 – a selection of smoky American meats! They’ll be highlighting three of their signature dishes from ‘The Beast’: the complex, melt-in-your-mouth 200g All American Brisket, the delightfully sticky Cider-Glazed Baby Back Ribs, and the carnivore’s dream that is the massive Smoked Beef Short Rib. These mouth-watering dishes use premium U.S. cuts of meat which are slow-cooked at low temperatures to ensure the meat is juicy, tender, flavorful, and just falls right off the bone. One bite of these BBQ favorites and you’ll be transported all the way to the Southern USA!
