As a restaurant that celebrates American cuisine, Smoke & Barrel will be doing what they do best for Delicious USA 2021 – a selection of smoky American meats! They’ll be highlighting three of their signature dishes from ‘The Beast’: the complex, melt-in-your-mouth 200g All American Brisket, the delightfully sticky Cider-Glazed Baby Back Ribs, and the carnivore’s dream that is the massive Smoked Beef Short Rib. These mouth-watering dishes use premium U.S. cuts of meat which are slow-cooked at low temperatures to ensure the meat is juicy, tender, flavorful, and just falls right off the bone.
