Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil, add the shredded onion and until golden in color, add pepper and salt, set aside
2. Put the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 30 Alaska Cod – With Bacon and Roasted Potatoes minutes and make a puree
3. Cut the Alaska Cod into cubes, browned in olive oil, seasoned with pepper and salt and stuffed in mashed potatoes
4. Put the bacon around the mashed potatoes, sprinkle the onions with oil and remove from the oven after 15 minutes at 150°C.
