Alaska Sablefish - Stir Fried with Cumin

Alaska Sablefish 400g

Pistachio 50g

Cumin 15g

Salt 2g

Ginger Powder 10g

Soy Sauce 10ml

Sesame Oil 10ml

Mined Onion and Ginger 10g


1. Marinate the fish slices with salt, soy sauce and cornstarch.

2. Heat the oil in a pan to 60%, cook the fish slices and remove from the pan.

3. Reserve the oil to stir fry the minced onion, ginger and cumin, add the fish fillets and pistachios and stir fry well.
