1. Marinate cod with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

2. Fry cod, add stock to ensure fish does not dry out.

3. Wrap fish in parma ham, sage, and seaweed.

4. Pour hollandaise sauce, garnish with seaweed rolls and seasonal vegetables.
