Lemon Garlic Lobster Tail

Ingredients

  • U.S. Lobster tail 
  • ½ pc U.S. Lemon juice 
  • 100g U.S. Butter 
  • 1tbsp Minced Garlic 
  • 10g Parsley (finely chopped) 
  • 80g French Bean 
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Cut the lobster tail in half.
  2. Season the lobster tail with salt and pepper on the meat side.
  3. Heat up a sauté pan and add oil.
  4. Place the lobster tail in the hot pan, meat side down.
  5. Cook the lobster tail for 1 minute until light brown.
  6. Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan, mixing well.
  7. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Adjust the seasoning of the butter sauce.
  9. Finish with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
  10. Boil the French beans in salted water for 2 minutes.
  11. Quickly sauté the beans in a hot pan with oil and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  12. Plate the beans, setting the lobster tails alongside.
  13. Spoon some butter sauce over the lobster tails.
  14. Garnish with parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
