Lemon Garlic Lobster Tail

Ingredients

- U.S. Lobster tail
- ½ pc U.S. Lemon juice
- 100g U.S. Butter
- 1tbsp Minced Garlic
- 10g Parsley (finely chopped)
- 80g French Bean
- Salt & pepper
- Oil
Directions
- Cut the lobster tail in half.
- Season the lobster tail with salt and pepper on the meat side.
- Heat up a sauté pan and add oil.
- Place the lobster tail in the hot pan, meat side down.
- Cook the lobster tail for 1 minute until light brown.
- Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan, mixing well.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning of the butter sauce.
- Finish with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
- Boil the French beans in salted water for 2 minutes.
- Quickly sauté the beans in a hot pan with oil and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Plate the beans, setting the lobster tails alongside.
- Spoon some butter sauce over the lobster tails.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
