INGREDIENTS:
Cake Flour 150g
Baking powder 10g
Sugar 30g
A pinch of salt
1 egg (medium size)
Milk 100 ml
2 Navel oranges
Maple syrup, to taste
Topping:
Walnut, to taste
Salted butter 10g
Mint, to taste
Powdered sugar, to taste
Directions:
- Add the mixed eggs and milk to the pancake mix and mix them well. Put it in a squeeze bag or sauce dispenser and heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Squeeze the platter to circles in size of about 3 cm in diameter and bake both sides to make a lot of small pancakes. Cut the orange and remove the skin.
- Serve pancakes and orange on a plate, sprinkle with maple syrup, and top with walnut, powdered sugar, mint, butter.
